The single-storeyed set of two shops has corrugated iron, twin gable roofs with an awning to both street frontages supported by timber posts The timber building is clad in deep, pit-sawn chamferboard and features timber pilasters to the Grace Street shop fronts.
The building now houses a museum and a cafe.
