The I on ISU's Red Hill is not legally or safely accessible. The coordinates listed are on the path at the top of Red Hill near a rock climbing anchor that I believe is used for performing maintenance on the I. The hike to the top of Red Hill is worth it for the view, but you can clearly see the 'I' from many places in Pocatello.
