The college was originaly built especially for student who was descendants of frredom fighters from the second world war, where Denmark was occupied by german military.
The may girl is made like a sculpture in the wall. The relief art is made in ceramics by artist Gustav Hjortlund (born 1901). Given to the college by Rundskuekomitéen in 1961.
