A few of the ten stations are on the paved path and include wheelchair workouts. The rest of Trekfit's Benchfit enduro fitness circuit is on an unpaved 500-metre path circling the soccer field. Each of the stations has signed workouts in English and additional signed workouts in French. For videos explaining the workouts, use the QR code posted on the panel.
From station 1 (posted co-ordinates), look towards the tennis courts. Trekfit has posted two large panels on the outside fence of the tennis courts: pre-game warm-up and post game stretching. Those stretches might be relevant to your own workouts.
