This clock can be found above the St. Peter's Parish Office on Church Road in Onchan. The clock which has a single face is mounted in a square tower on the ridge line of pitched tiled roof which resembles a 'chimney' with a pyramid roof. The non-clock faces of the tower have louvred 'Norman-arch styled' openings,
The clock has a white round with a black circumference. There are small triangular markers at five-minute intervals around the face and small black straight-line minute markers. The black hour and minutes hands which are differentiated in thickness and style.
St. Peter's Parish Office is the administrative office for the St. Peter's, Onchan With Laxey And Lonan Parish in the Church of England Diocese of Sodor and Man. It is also the administrative Office for the Onchan Burial Authority which is responsible for the running of the churchyard cemetery at St. Peter's in Onchan.
The Office building although of recent construction is very much in keeping with the traditions of the Island buildings as it has plastered wall painted white or other pastel colours above stone bases and a pitched slate roof.
The office is open from Monday to Friday between 9.30am and 12.30pm.
