A Veteran's Memorial and Honor Wall is located at the northeast corner of Woodring Regional Airport, just east of Enid. A Statue of Liberty is in the center of the courtyard between the walls of honor and artillery displays. There is no plaque attached or near the statue. Lady Liberty faces east, with the airplanes to her left, and the Honor Wall and airport to her right. She is about 6-7' tall, including the torch. She stands upon a round brick foundation that is about 18 inches high.
