This hydrant has been repurposed as a doggy drinking fountain, with a small dog bone-shaped indentation in the pavement and a drain to catch excess water that comes from the copper pipe in the front outlet cap. The button to turn on the water is mounted at the top. The black spots on the white hydrant give it away; it's a Dalmatian, and there is a sticker from the Lewisville Fire Department on the red bonnet, which could also be this doggy's helmet.
