Left end of the mural has the "Welcome to". Middle has "Royce City" in bubble letters with art inside. Right end has the American Flag.
Behind the "Welcome to" is geen fields and blue sky. There is also a ribbon with "Est. 1891".
Between the bubble letters spelling "Royce City" is the outline of Texas divided into three sections: red, white, and blue. The green fields and blue sky continues as the background.
Below the American Flag on the right end is the words "In God we trust".
