Inscription on the plaque on site:

From a spiral of amphora, the seeds of the Goulbourn
community grow upward in the shape of a tree created
by more than 2000 individual clay leaves. The tree's
configuration is based on local neighbourhood streets.

According to O'Brien, each amphora houses the
communal knowledge and experience of the previous
generation who have moved to the Goulbourn Township.
