The easiest place to access the Starbucks is from Entrance 5 across from the AMC theater, where you'll also find LEGOLAND and the Sea Life Grapevine Aquarium. If you're a mall walker, it's about a mile walk to loop around. The Starbucks itself is a standard kiosk, but there is some table seating to be found on one side.
The mall itself also provides free wi-fi (SSID is "#Free Simon Wi-Fi" without the quotes.). Both services are wide open, and the signal strength for each is comparable, fairly strong: Starbucks might attract visitors and improve their own signal by securing the wi-fi with a password. In any event, best of luck finding any place to plug in your gadgets.
