This water tower stands on the north side of the town of Stroud.

This is a municipal water tower that is painted white and has the town emblem painted on it. It is located north of the Turner Turnpike, east off Highway 99, next to a church building. The tank overlooks the remains of the once active Tanger Mall, which was destroyed in 1999 by a tornado.
