I have passed this Ginormous statue many times. It has been at this location for as long as I could remember. It has been passed down from one local business to another for years. Now its in front of a Notary Public. It used to hold in its hands a muffler as it was owned at the time by a muffler shop.
The funny thing is, in order to go up the spiral staircase behind him, you must first go through his legs!
