[NL / Be] 27 reliëfs, 2 bustes en 7 beelden en van belangrijke personen uit de geschiedenis van Rotterdam en door Verbon bewonderde kunstenaars, waaronder Erasmus, de componist Willem Pijper, de schilders Henk Chabot en Pablo Picasso en de beeldhouwer Ossip Zadkine. Een belangrijk deel gaat over de oorlog, met sculpturen als 'Strijder', 'Agressor' en 'Mei 1940'. Het beeld van Wilhelmina is in de verzameling opgenomen, evenals beelden van Winston Churchill en prins Bernhard. Deze beelden en reliëfs waren al eerder te zien geweest in 2001, toen Rotterdam de Culturele Hoofdstad van Europa was. Na het overlijden van Verbon werd in 2004 op de Müllerpier de permanente beeldenexpositie 'Sterke Stad' geopend. De reliëfs en bustes hangen aan de muren van de twee appartementencomplexen aan de Sint-Jobskade, nl. de eerste met op de begane grond Humanitas, en de tweede met Sushi Haven Restaurant. De zeven beelden staan op het plein tussen beide appartementencomplexen.

After Verbon's death, the permanent sculpture exhibition 'Sterke Stad' was opened on the Müllerpier in 2004. </ Br> </ br> The reliefs and busts hang on the walls of the two apartment complexes on the Sint-Jobskade, namely the first with Humanitas on the ground floor, and the second with Sushi Haven Restaurant. The seven statues are on the square between the two apartment complexes.
