The Little Free Library website indicates that this one was created for a Girl Scout Gold Award Project, but unfortunately, it provides no identity for the young lady who put designed the library around an orphaned Mustang bumper that she found. Mounted on a black post, the library is all red, with real wiper blades on the door windows and real reflectors (2) on the back. The charter plate is right above where the two doors come together, and while the Little Free Library is in fairly good condition, it could use a little attention, as those doors are being held together with a rubber band.

Winn Park is a small greenbelt park, really intended for relaxation: The most excitement one can get is from a swing, and there are multiple benches throughout the park where one can watch the ducks in the pond and take a break. It's also a popular spot for lunch for those working nearby.
