The Covert Township Fire Department building shares space with the Police and EMS. The building is reddish brick with white trim around the fire engine entrance/exit. There are 5 white doors on the East and West side of the building. The roof is peaked and has asphalt shingles. The other half of the building has a double gray border of bricks running horizontally. The main entrance faces West and has grey bricks with creme colored trim.

Our fire station is staffed 24/7/365 by Career Firefighter/Paramedics who are supplemented by Part-Time and Paid-On-Call firefighters. Covert Township also has several Public Safety Officers (Police Officers cross-trained as Firefighters) who respond to fire and EMS calls while on patrol. We respond to approximately 700 calls per year. "
