Mindy LittleCook designed and painted this utility box at the southeast corner of the intersection of E. Grand and S. 5th., next to City Hall.
It is painted on three sides, with the blank side facing north, street side.

Mindy is an Art Instructor for the Ponca City Public Schools and has a Bachelor's Degree in Studio Art from Oklahoma State University. In a peaceful forest, a scissortail bird is gently perched on the tail of an E.W. Marland fox. Stop and "Listen" to the sounds of hound pups in search of new friends. The fox is fractured, showing the colors of the fox in the cool Oklahoma evening.

Ponca City Main Street hosted the Outside the Box art project with the goal of infusing art, color and creativity into our downtown landscape further enhancing our community's identity & vitality.
