The 2.20 meter tall work of art made of bronze shows three male figures who cross hands and show solidarity. The three figures symbolize the cooperation between the council, citizens and administration.
In 1977 the sculpture was placed in the inner courtyard of the new town hall and was moved to the forecourt of the new town hall in 2004.
