ABOUT 3.7 MILES NORTHEAST ALONG SEAWALL BOULEVARD FROM THE MOODY CENTER AT GALVESTON, AT THE NORTHEAST END OF THE CONCRETE SEA WALL, 81 FEET SOUTHEAST OF A LARGE ROUND CONCRETE STRUCTURE WHICH WAS USED AS A GUN EMPLACEMENT, 3 1/2 FEET SOUTHWEST OF A POINT WHERE THE CONCRETE SEA WALL SLOPES DOWN, SET IN THE CENTER OF THE TOP OF THE CONCRETE RETAINING WALL ON THE SOUTHEAST SIDE OF THE SEA WALL.

JUNCTION OF BROADWAY AVENUE IN GALVESTON, IN TOP OF AND 0.5 M (1.6 FT) WEST OF THE EAST END OF A CONCRETE SEAWALL, 10.0 M (32.8 FT) SOUTHEAST OF THE EXTENDED BOULEVARD CENTER, 5.2 M (17.1 FT) NORTHEAST OF THE MOST EASTERLY OF 7 PIPE BARRIER, 0.8 M (2.6 FT) SOUTH OF THE CENTER OF A RETAINING WALL, 0.6 M (2.0 FT) NORTHEAST OF THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF A CONCRETE WALL, 0.3 M (1.0 FT) NORTH OF A 6-INCH PIPE, AND 0.1 M (0.3 FT) BELOW THE GROUND SURFACE.
