theHostas and I realized we were set up for an ISS viewing match up when Max and 99 did all the research and sent out messages letting us know when we would share an orbit.
Wednesday the the 29th I spotted the ISS over Moorhead, MN and theHostas spotted it over Holland, MI.
In Moorhead the ISS was overhead at 21:58:41 Central Time with a Max Height of 78° (434 km) and a brightness of -3.7. The ISS arrived at 42° above NW and left our sight at 12° above ESE.
In Holland the ISS was overhead at 23:01:00 Eastern time with a Max Height of 78° (432 km) and a brightness of -3.8. The ISS arrived at 27° above NW and left our sight at 52° above ESE.
When you look at these time and consider the speed of the ISS you can find that the flight time was 2 min. 19 sec. and the ISS traveled 681 in that time.
