The wooden lychgate is set upon a brick base with two dedicatory tablets to the fallen of the parish during WWI placed on the sides of the brick base. It has a pitched tiled roof.
The gabled ends are inscribed thus:
THANKS BE TO GOD WHICH GAVEST US THE VICTORY
THE MEMORY OF THE JUST IS BLESSED
