La Couture est un village et une commune du département du Pas-de-Calais entre Béthune et Estaires, et Zelobes est un hameau au nord-ouest sur la route principale Béthune-Estaires (N945). Le cimetière est bien indiqué depuis le village.

Informations historiques
Le hameau de Zelobes est resté aux mains des Britanniques depuis les premiers jours de la guerre jusqu'au 11 avril 1918, date à laquelle il a été capturé par les Allemands; il a été évacué par eux le 30 août suivant. Le cimetière a été utilisé par les ambulances de campagne à Zelobes de novembre 1914 à octobre 1915; et après l'armistice, des tombes isolées (principalement de décembre 1914 à Givenchy), y furent concentrées. Il y a maintenant plus de 100 victimes de la guerre de 1914-18 commémorées sur ce site. Parmi ceux-ci, près d'un quart ne sont pas identifiés. Le cimetière couvre une superficie de 611 mètres carrés et est entouré d'un mur de moellons.
