So we chose July 27 at 10:46 pm to make this observation. At 10:46:20 pm the ISS reached an altitude of 74 ° and a magnitude of -3.8 over Boulogne-sur-Mer. We tried it alreday on 24th of July but I had no luck on that day, clouds and rain, that was what I saw.
The ISS took 2 minutes and 03 seconds, covering 1,050 km to travel to Prien am Chiemsee, Germany.

The moon was also very nice. No clouds today.
