The town of Cache is located west of Lawton, and south of the Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge in southwestern Oklahoma. The town was established in 1901 by land lottery when the Kiowa-Comanche-Apache reservation was opened. Today it is a town of about 2800 residents.
Lodge 391 is located at 413 "C" Avenue on the second floor of a two-story stuccoed building painted tan, constructed in 1955. The ground floor occupant is Reese's Relics, an antique store. The Lodge meets every 2nd and 4th Thursday at 7:00 PM. The lodge was established on February 9, 1909.
