This building stands on the southwest corner of C Avenue and S. 5th Street.

This is an early commercial building which is located in the two-block downtown area of Cache. The date shown on the building is 1910, a mere eight years after the town was platted.
This is a one-story brick building with a flat roof. At the roofline, dentilwork embellishes the building on both street sides. Facing north, the facade has three bays separated with projected brick columns. The center bay has the single entrance door with three steps, and the outer bays reach have a window. Above the door on the upper wall a brick panel shows the date 1910. Along the east wall on 5th Street, there are four single windows and a door. Above each window is a brick bordered panel. The building may have been an early bank building, we we cannot find documentation for this. The building is currently occupied by a pizza and BBQ restaurant.
