Union Park is a rectangular neighborhood park, with no off-street parking facilities. The park has two paved walking paths which lead to a WPA-constructed stage at the center of the park. Remnants of WPA construction can be seen with the stone entrance arch, fountain, walls and stage.

There is a playground facility on the east side of the park. The stone entrance arch stands in the grass at the northwest corner of the park. It is not associated with the present pedestrian walk.
