Gesner Park is hidden away at the end of Gesner Court. The park dates back to 1990 or earlier. The park is set on the slope between Gesner Court and McCurdy Drive. There is an old playground (posted co-ordinates) and an even older basketball court. Beware of the poison ivy inside the south fence.

The park is named for Abraham Gesner who invented kerosene.
