In Donna, Texas I had a cloudless sky but lots of haze. I didn't spot the ISS until it was at about 45° above the horizon to my SW. I watched it pass across the sky and disappear into haze at about 25° above the horizon to my NE.
flyingmoose had partly cloudy sky.
Lynx Humble had mostly clear sky.
Alfouine had bad luck and was totally overcast. He did not see the ISS pass over.
