A free pantry and free book exchange is located to the right of the entrance to Rollingwood Elementary. The school is on the south side of 63rd, east of MacArthur.
"Free Pantry" is in white letters at the top of the glass door. A rocket illustration is underneath, the school mascot. "Take what you need, give what you can" is written at the bottom of the door.
A small note was posted on the door at the time of our visit. I thought it was a great addition to the pantry. It read, "What items can we add to this box to help you? Thanks again for everything you do!"
At the time of my visit, there were no food items available in the pantry.
