This is the National Museum of Ethnography and Folklore of Bolivia and it's located in the historical center of La Paz, capital city of the country.

An interesting museum located in a convenient spot, right in the middle of the historical center of La Paz.
It is hosted in the former palace of the marquis de Villaverde, built in 1730. The house was bought by the State in 1948 and the museum moved there in 1966, named by then Museo de Arte Popular y Artesanía.
In 2004 its modern section was inaugurated.
There are several rooms with different exhibits but the most notorious are those dedicated to the usage of feathers and masks.
There is an extra fee to take pictures inside and it's recommended to get this authorisation as the exhibits are spectacular and colorful.
