Guys of Knutsford is a traditional family barbershop located on Canute Place.
It was established since 1978 and is one of the longest standing independent businesses in the town.
The blue, red and white striped glass barbers pole is mounted on the wall above the door of the shop.

As founder of GUYS, David has over 55 years of hairdressing experience, originally as a ladies stylist. As a young man he worked in Mayfair, for Vidal Sassoon and has even worked alongside the renown Raymond, aka "Teasy Weasy" - for those of you who remember him! David is sure to entertain you with his wonderful stories whilst you get a great haircut.
Dan
Son and 'hair' to the business ! It is now over 14 years since Dan joined his father in looking after the barber shop, and the friendly and professional service he offers makes him popular with the clientele. Dan initially trained with top salons in Manchester city centre and he has utilised these skills within GUYS to train future members of staff.
Nic
Keeping it in the family... Nic is Dan's sister (David's daughter !) and has now been working at GUYS for 7 years. Nic trained at the prestigious London College of Fashion and has worked in the hair and make up industry for over 25 years. You can be assured of a precise haircut and a friendly, professional and caring service.
Matt
Matt joined GUYS in December 2016 as a fully qualified barber. He has very quickly become an integral part of the team and is popular with staff and clients alike. He is enthusiastic about his profession and has brought some great ideas into the business, including the art of wet shaving, which is becoming ever increasingly popular.
Caz
Caz is the newest member of the GUYS team, and has now been with us for the past year. She is now fully trained and is establishing herself as a keen member of staff, who always has a smile on her face.
All staff at Guys are self-employed, independent barbers, that work to the highest of standards, which ensures the impressive reputation of the business is maintained."
