This Penn DOT survey control mark disk is set in the top of a concrete wall on the south side of the bridge crossing Four Mile Creek along Cooper Road in Harborcreek, PA. It is located very near the parking area for the Wintergreen Gorge hiking trails. The bridge had extensive repairs in 2019 and it is believed that the benchmark was set in the new wall at that point. The benchmark is not stamped with a name or a year.
