They are open daily from 10 AM to 9 PM, 12 PM to 6 PM on Sunday. As is the case in any busy urban area, pay very close attention to signs when parking, as some local businesses are eager to tow if you'll park in their lot when you shouldn't.
Reviews tend to be mixed, although some made during the pandemic show that everybody needs to be flexible during these crazy times. My personal experience here years ago was excellent. I had a Mac Mini whose power supply went south, and I just happened to run into someone who worked here. We made arrangements for a visit, he was totally professional, and got me fixed back up within about thirty minutes. He even did a follow-up with me to make sure that all was well.
Should I ever need another service call, I'm tempted to bring in a couple of classic Apple computers to see how the kids will react. See gallery for photos.
