Convento de Santa Teresa is located in the historical center of Sucre. It has a church attached to it and the nearby alley has interesting legends regarding ghosts.

The convent was founded in 1665 and it's still active. Actually the nuns, from the Carmelites order, have excellent products for sale, like pastry and fruits.
