Huntley Bowl Park was primarily created as a retention basen for rainwater. The park is 28 feet deep and has a total of 7.5 acres, 3.5 of which are located at the bottom of the bowl as an athletic field. One side of the bowl has been modified as a sledding hill in the winter. If you walk into the bowl, you can see remnants of the old amphitheatre seating when it was created in 1986.
