"n arrest has been made after a 17-year-old was killed in a shooting near a 7-Eleven in Sacramento.

Police said they identified the suspect as a 17-year-old male. He was arrested and booked into Juvenile Hall on homicide charges, according to an update from the Sacramento Police Department.

The shooting was reported around 10:30 p.m. Wednesday on Mack Road near Center Parkway, which is just west of Highway 99.

Police said they found then teen with a life-threatening gunshot wound. He was taken to an area hospital, where he died, police said." (visit link)
