In As hebben we ervoor gekozen om wijkgericht te werken. Zo zal er een Boekentil worden geplaatst aan het Boudewijnplein in Niel bij As, aan buurthuis Scherpenheuvel, aan de wijkschool van Zevenhuizen en aan de serviceflats in As. Zo kunnen inwoners van onze gemeente niet alleen boeken uitwisselen, maar ook nieuwe mensen leren kennen tijdens hun bezoek aan de Boekentil.
