"About the Chronicle
The Oliver Chronicle was established on Aug. 25, 1937, and is now distributed every Wednesday to more than 1,600 homes and businesses in Canada’s Wine Capital.

The staff at the Oliver Chronicle work right here, in Oliver and surrounding areas, and their work is devoted solely to the local issues that affect the town’s residents. Their knowledge of this beautiful southern Okanagan community gives them unique insight into everything that happens here.

Every Wednesday, the Oliver Chronicle promises its readers all the Oliver news and information needed to stay informed and plan a weekend full of activities and events.

With the Oliver Chronicle’s website, readers have access to daily news as it happens. The newspaper constantly updates its Facebook and Twitter pages to ensure readers can stay connected to news that matters to them.
