Since the date is 1977 there doesn't seem to be much current information beyond the name of the field.

The school of management at the University of Binghamton has been running a project to rebuild Rec Park since 2013. Phase I included working on 2 baseball fields including Sheehan Field. It involved fences, a dugout and a scoreboard.
