Photos taken during the Saharan desert dust storm that passed through Tennessee on 6/28/2020.

A nice old well kept Church graveyard and adjoining cemetery. You can't miss the Bennett obelisk on the hilltop of the cemetery. I found it the most interesting because he was a former slave. Lots of old Masonic burials in the Church graveyard.


Inscription on the Zachariah Bennett obelisk:

Zachariah Bennett

Died Aug. 14, 1910

Aged 63 years

"He was a well-to-do colored man"
