This route follows Main St. part way through Pascoag, then bears right on ChurchSt., past the Pascoag Public Library (R), a veritable doll's house, and the Free Baptist Church (R), a typical New England frame church, with four plain pillars in front and a tall, too-heavy spire (1839). This Free Baptist Society, the first in the State, was organized by Elder John Colby in 1812.
