My Commentary:
First floor fenestration consists of a single wood and glass door on the right with a storefront bay window of three large panes with a smaller pane atop each of the larger panes. The panes are separated by metal mullions.

Second floor fenestration consists of four tall, narrow two-over-two windows with brick arched lintels. The cornice is dentilated brickwork.
