FR Sur la jolie place des Tanneurs, le Moulin des artistes donne du grain à moudre aux amateurs de bons pains comme de viennoiseries. Le sandwiche y retrouve aussi ses lettres de noblesse.

L’extérieur attire l’œil avec sa belle devanture à l’ancienne. L’intérieur vous emballe avec ses beaux volumes, sa fresque peinte derrière l’espace salon de thé. La bonne vieille boulangerie pâtisserie prend soudain un sacré coup de vieux . Des pains de toutes les formes accrochées aux murs, des viennoiseries. Mais est-ce « sans mentir le ramage se rapporte au plumage ».

Derrière cette nouvelle boulangerie en plein cœur d’Aix sur la Jolie place des tanneurs un jeune couple aux manettes (Lea et Anders) bien décidé à régaler locaux comme visiteurs avec leurs pains fabriqués avec des farines label rouge (issues de l’agriculture raisonnée) et des levains naturels. Mention spéciale à toutes leurs viennoiseries. Le pain au chocolat est au pur beurre Isigny. Le nœud caramel beurre salé tout comme le roulé feuilleté, crème pâtissière et pistache sont devenus des tortures pour les gourmands qui voudraient y résister. On pourra trouver aussi parfois des Panettones maison et d’autres créations parfumées d’une touche de miel de lavande de Provence.

L’espace snacking en intérieur et la terrasse se prêtent bien à la pause thé ou lunch. Avec la garantie d’un bon pain frais, c’est déjà la promesse d’un sandwiche de bonne facture d’autant que les garnitures sont elles aussi appétissantes (décrire les sandwiches). Ainsi ce bun saumon aux graines de pavot frais et tout sauf roboratif pour les beaux jours.

The exterior catches the eye with its beautiful old-fashioned storefront. The interior thrills you with its beautiful volumes, its fresco painted behind the tea room area. The good old bakery pastry shop suddenly takes on a lot of old age. Breads of all shapes hanging on the walls, pastries. But is it "without lying the ramage relates to the plumage".
