This World War II memorial can be found on the war memorial on the western side of the village of Meigle in eastern Perthshire.
A war memorial was commissioned by a committee set up in the village after World War I and was unveiled by the Duke of Atholl on October 1st 1921. It takes the form of a round-headed arch and stands at the entrance of Victory Park, the village's cricket ground. The arch contained two recessed marble panels on either side, but after World War II the right-hand panel, which contained the names from World War I, was switched to the left with the seven names and rank from WWII now inscribed on the right. The panel is inscribed as follows:
