A lychgate at the entrance to All Saints' churchyard, Thorndon. It was built in 1920 as a WWI memorial. Consisting of a brick base surmounted by wooden lychgate with a tiled roof.
A dedicatory inscription carved on the wooden beams of the gate reads -
OUR GLORIOUS DEAD 1914-1918
OUR GLORIOUS DEAD 1939-1945
Inside are two wooden plaques with the names of the fallen in WWI.
