This County flag is part of a three flag, one pole display at the north grounds of the Grant County Courthouse. The pole is metal and is approximately 30 foot tall. The flags displayed are the US, the Wisconsin, and the Grant County.

The Grant County has a white field. In the center is is the outline of the County in red, with the County Courthouse Dome in blue flying the US flag in proper colors. The date "1836" appears below the dome. In the upper left corner is the word "GRANT" and in the lower right is the word "COUNTY". In the lower left is the "Blue Boy" statue from the fountain on the Courthouse grounds and in the upper right is a picture of Nelson Dewey from the statue on the Courthouse grounds.
