Sculpture Atria GRAND-BI
[FR] Une sculpture de pièces de voitures, trains et outils se dresse sur le bord de la route. Elle semble vouloir marcher cer elle est chaussée de bottes. Il y a des ressorts, un gros klaxon et des lumières de chemin de fer. On y trouve également des composantes de voitures provenant de Pièces d’auto Beauregard, un ancien commerce de la rue Notre-Dame Impressionnant! L’artiste Joane Leduc a créé une œuvre inspirée d’objets du patrimoine récoltés lors de ses recherches, ce qui lui donne un sentiment d’appartenance. Le Grand-Bi, ancêtre de la bicyclette, est chevauché par un personnage loufoque. Cette sculpture a été créée à partir d’une multitude de matières. Ainsi, nous voyageons à travers les époques et la culture, qui ensemble ont contribué à fonder la ville de Granby.

There are also components of cars from Beauregard Auto Parts, a former store on Notre-Dame Street. Impressive! The artist Joane Leduc has created a work inspired by heritage objects collected during his research, which gives him a feeling of belonging. Le Grand-Bi, ancestor of the bicycle, is ridden by a wacky character. This sculpture was created from a multitude of materials. Thus, we travel through eras and culture, which together helped found the city of Granby.
