If the main structure was finished when the war was declared in 1914, the theater is not yet furnished. However, it served regularly during the conflict for British troops. D'extérieur le bâtiment est de facture classique : frontons, pilastres, décors sculptés allégoriques et encadrements des ouvertures en pierre claire se détachent sur la brique rouge et rythment ainsi les façades. En se plaçant sur le côté du bâtiment, observez les toitures. On distingue nettement les trois espaces principaux du bâtiment : un espace d'accueil, la salle de spectacle et la cage de scène.

La salle proprement dite mesure 14 mètres de large sur 18 mètres de profondeur. Les places se répartissent sur trois niveaux : un orchestre et deux galeries en fer a cheval.
