J. B. Smith House (between 1851 and 1862, with later alterations): A tall l l/2 story, flank-gable-roof dwelling with an off-center pedimented fanlight entrance and deep eaves with gable-end returns. A modern picture window has been installed in the facade and the exterior is now covered with asbestos shingles. This appears on an 1862 map as the property of J. B. Smith. It was later owned by the Oakland Worsted Company.
