Situé sur un tronçon du GR9 et plus particulièrement le GR de pays du tour des Baronnies, ce point d'élévation se trouve au croisement de plusieurs chemin de randonnées et parcours VTT. Il indique les informations classiques d'un panneau de bifurcation :

Le col de Milmandre fait parti des points remarquables de la Drôme provençale très apprécié par les randonneurs. De cet endroit, vous aurez une vue imprenable sur la vallée de l'Ouvèze et vous pourrez apprécier les landes de thyms et lavandes sauvages mélangées. C’est un endroit idéal pour le pique-nique tant la vue est magnifique.
