Late 15th Century rood screen which survives to loft floor level, although all the tracery above the dado has been removed. It is unusual because the width of the opening - in proportion to the size of the screen - is probably the widest in East Anglia, and two lions on pillars flank the entrance.

The rood screen dado panel paintings date from late 15th to early 16th century. From the left the figures are - Saints Gregory, Mark, Luke and John. On the right-hand panel the Four Latin Doctors - Saints Gregory, Augustine, Ambrose and Jerome. The painting is not great, presumably the work of a local artist.
